The Vestry - Sleeps 12 - With Hot Tub

Great Location and sleeps a good number of people.

Maybe a bit tired, but did have atmosphere.

Cosy, spacious & very accommodating.

Looked from pics as if there were more than 1 living room, but minor issue.

The downstairs living space. Warm and cosy. Bedrooms and general decor was lovely. Very well equipped. Location.

Sink in downstairs loo was inaccessible.

There were enough bedrooms for 10 people, the house is 3 storeys and it was amazing We used the hot tub quite a lot, it was heated perfectly. The kitchen /dining area had everything we needed, and the seating area was enough for us all too… 2 good sized bathrooms and a ground floor toilet was perfect with the very top floor bedroom having a toilet and shower also! All round enough of everything - we loved it that much we’ve booked again for next year

The house is incredibly spacious and ideal for a family gathering. There was more than enough room for all of us, it has everything you need in terms of facilities and homeware. Beds were very, very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful as is the garden space with space for everyone. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, hopefully in the near future.

Very noisy dog next door but know that was just unlucky. The sixth bedroom being accessed through one of the main bedrooms was not clear in description. Could do with a deep clean eg lots of cobwebs

The property is gorgeous, a really lovely home and incredibly spacious with lots of room for our group of ten. Plenty of seating space and table seated us all comfortably. Communication from Karen was exceptional and we got all the info we needed ahead of our stay. The views are lovely. The location is brilliant and we enjoyed a walk round the reservoir and a drink at the lamb inn. Only a 5ish minute drive to Haworth.

There are a few minor things that we’d have liked in a property that catered for this size of group - a tin opener, a couple of dishwasher tablets, some bin bags, a few more toilet rolls, washing up liquid and a few more big pans and the mattresses on most beds were pretty poor unfortunately.
