WILSONS COTTAGE - Cosy Cottage based in the Lake District

Very well presented, home from home. A great base to get to some fantastic sights and hikes.

Jets in jacuzzi bath still not working this was one of the main reasons for booking this cottage due to the amount of walking we do, no fuel for the fire 😞 and tv remote also still not working.

The presentation was exceptionally well executed, showcasing meticulous attention to even the smallest details.

Was a beautifully decorated, well maintained cottage. Once the heating was on it stayed warmth. The location was perfect for visiting surrounding towns and areas of interest. We stayed over Christmas and they had put up a Christmas tree and decorations to make it feel Christmassy.

The outdoor bins were completely full so was a struggle to dispose of our rubbish. The jets in the hot tub bath and bathroom tv did not work. We were told this before arrival but would’ve been nice if they had been fixed as we booked well in advance. Some of the buttons on the tv remote didn’t work, so we had to use the buttons on the back of the tv for on/ off and sound.

Very cosy looking cottage. Everything was nice and clean. Highly recommended.
