Wellington Cottage 2BR Modern Boho

Amenities in the home were great, everything needed was supplied to include coffee and tea.

Parking was tight with two vehicles. The parking is off the side road and is meant for one vehicle.

It was super clean and good communication

I thought that it was more in the mountains, my fault I did not check properly

The cottage was cozy and well stocked. Comfortable beds, linens and we greatly appreciated the coffee and creamers.

Great place, awesome kitchen

The cottage was easy to access, close to Asheville, and close to the exit off the freeway. The neighborhood is fun to walk around in, with a variety of homes and elevation levels. Our unit shared the cottage with a much smaller studio right next door. There were no visitors in that unit when we were there and it was very quiet. The cottage itself was clean, with some nice decorative details, and it was clearly recently updated, tastefully so. The kitchen was especially well done! The hosts also very generously put several high quality tea and coffee choices in the cabinets. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay there and would come back when we're in the neighborhood again.

The windows could use cleaning all around - which was revealed when opening them at night when it got cool enough. There was a little bit of a smell when you stepped inside, but an air purifier was running continuously in the little "office area".

I loved the location!, minutes from family and wonderful restaurant options close by.

Cobwebs on light fixtures in the kitchen. The kitchen and living area smelled of someone smoking. Ants in the shower along the window ledge, plus no vent . The bathroom smells of wet dog. Floors should be mopped after each guest. The tub needs a little elbow grease. With that being said, I own a business that maintains vacation condos, so I probably notice more than a regular traveler.
