"Very pleasant."

Close to town centre , and supermarket, close to Darley moor race circuit. Nice and warm when arrived, Parking excellent.

Wi-Fi not very good,TV buffering .

"Had an enjoyable short break (2 nights)"

Quite small but everything was there that we could have needed for a short stay. Great location being just a few minutes walk into town. Free parking right outside the apartment. Supermarket next door if needed. Missing a can opener but this was rectified straight away owner who is onsite Greeted by owner on arrival and welcomed to the property.

Could have been a little cleaner in places. WiFi signal was poor

Good location for walking and cycling trail. Very short walk to Sainsbury's through car park. Parking outside. Quiet Easy self check in by key safe

A bit overlooked by path outside lounge. Kitchen a bit limited - limited crockery. No dishwasher.

Central Location.All mod cons.

Ashbourne itself is under a lot of renervation and many road closures. Finding places to eat early in the week was difficult.

Good location. Close to Tissington Trail, town of Ashbourne and Sainsbury’s. Owners very responsive to any requests.

Lacked a few basic items such as a bread knife, airer for towels, dustpan and brush but had all essentials. Would be useful to have hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and clothes, though plenty of hooks in hall.
