"Well-located and spacious home with patio"

Instructions provided ahead of arrival were clear and easy to follow. Parking was convenient, and the location was superb — just a short walk to the town centre and about a 25-minute walk to Burghley House. The house is spacious and has everything you need. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was perfect for making morning coffee, breakfast and light snacks. We also made good use of the patio and enjoyed the lovely sunshine. We’d definitely stay again.

The house and patio are lovely but could use a little refresh in the near future

Cosy and close to local amenities, good space and parking

Could have been a bit better maintained. Sofas need a clean and the outside space is very tired.
