"Convenient"

Location was great, private and quiet.

Needs some TLC as starting to look and feel dated, broken door handle, strip lights in the bedroom, grubby sofa. Shower is not great, and we could only get it to be very hot or cold, could be dangerous for children.

"Property better suits a small family rather than a couple although just one bathroom may be a limiting factor. Location"

Very quiet location. Free parking nearby. Large external and internal space. Generally very well equipped.

Courtyard gate wasn’t very secure. Patio doors didn’t lock other than a single deadlock. Fluorescent strip lights in the large bedroom. Mattress was very firm. Shower cuts out at high temperature but ok if you wind it back. Garden furniture is ready for an upgrade.

Excellent property. Inside was beautiful and suited us well. Ideal place for a family to stay.

The outside patio/garden area could have used some attention but was still a great place to have a morning tea and toast. Very minor issue, but otherwise, perfect.

Lovely large airy house . Good size walled outside area with chairs and tables. Very near the centre shops and bars .walkable to the burley house and gardens .. Had a very enjoyable long weekend and we .would stay again.
