Excellent location. Close easy walk into town. Quite safe and secluded.

Fine for us but one bathroom if it sleeps seven might have been a push.

Some aspects downstairs a little tired(sofas in particular) Back door became impossible to lock on the last day.

Great location and fantastic that parking was available for all, good mix of beds for a friends group. Comfy seating in lounge.

Would benefit from an additional toilet given number of people it can accommodate, some maintenance needed, wardrobe door not secure.

"A brilliant stay in the perfect location."

The perfect location, spotlessly clean, comfortable sofas, plenty of space for everyone attending. It was a lovely treat to be there for our friends 40th. I think it’s even better in real life than the photos 😊 we loved walking into the town for dinner which was a very easy and short route. Thank you, we’d certainly recommend and would book again.

I couldn’t connect to the WiFi with the details provided. No biggie as only there for 1 night but might need double checking that the details are correct. I couldn’t get parked in the car park noted in the instructions as it was full. I called up and the owner assured me this was very unusual. I’m not sure what was going on but I kept checking and it never emptied out while we were there. I parked in a car park at the top of the lane but it doesn’t belong to the property owners so it wasn’t an ideal solution. A small hiccup in an otherwise wonderful stay.
