Everything about the house is good. There's everything one can ever need.

Two bedrooms are fitted with gas geyser. There was no hot water the entire stay. It was an inconvenience.

Comfortable, house layout, house equipment and utensils, furniture and linen , surroundings, Facilities - swimming pool, wild life,

The advert states the house has a pool???, The house has a lot of maintenance issues, the house is neglected - most taps are covered with scale deposits, leaks in 3 identified places in the house, ceiling cornice in dining and kitchen area is hanging and light fitting is nearly half full of dead insects, front door lock needs attention, pool table needs attention, Fridges didn't work...Lost some food items due to the double door fridge - fridge side didn't keep the items cold enough since the Friday we arrived - we were told to move the items to the freezer side...outside at the kitchen area under the staircase space there were old used rubbish lying around, the flat was so hot-we couldn't allow our guests to sleep there- so we slept in the lounge for 2 nights, I did inform the contact person - sent photos, the lady offered 3 night mid week stay AFTER the renovations will be apparently done. But the house is Advertised for sale??? The maintenance people came to " measure" the space in the TV cabinet...THEY WERE NOT AWARE OF THE FRIDGE TEMPERATURE CHALLENGE OR THE LEAKS!!!!!

The upstairs house was great. Nicely furnished, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The patio area was great, we spent most of out time out there. We enjoyed our stay at Zwartkloof, saw plenty of animals. The children enjoyed the pool.

1. The 4th bedroom was a bit disappointing as there are no screened windows that can be opened for ventilation. This is the section advertised as a flatlet but in reality it is just a bedroom and bathroom. Consider installing a hand rail at the steps to the outside room for safety.
