"Great stay, would return more prepared."

Location is stunning. Hot tub is fantastic. Easy to find. Cute inside and out.

A couple of cleanliness issues and lack of much needed items. The beds were not comfortable.

"Disappointed, but we made it work"

The kitchen was spacious with some equipment. The hot tub was nice and there was parking.

Really expensive for its quality. It's not been properly cleaned as we discovered looking behind the sofa's. It's really small and cramp and the beds are uncomfortable.

"Restful, relaxing and faultless"

I had read some of the feedback comments at back end of July for applegrove and have to share I was armed ready with all the cleaning products I could find. Only to be ecstatic when I arrived at the lodge as it was everything as the photos / booking.com had shared on web pages, I loved the location which was ideal for very rural and getting away from it all but an excellent base as close to all the tourist destinations of Whitby, Bridlington, Scarbrough, Filey and cayton and robin hoods bay!

Could not fault anything, everything was perfect and exactly as promoted and described

"Not value for money"

Location great and beautiful views. The park very quiet. Hot tub was great.

Wasn't happy with the cleanliness. Dog hairs all over looked like it hadn't even been hoovered. Most other areas clean. Back of curtains dirty, windows not cleaned hand prints on door and back of toilet door. Think it needs a few repairs too.
