The location is great and the house is comfortable.

The lounge has too much seating and feels very cluttered.

"Cute cottage but not so comfy"

7.0

The location was great, close to the coffee shops and restaurants. The living room and bedrooms are well decorated and the kitchen has everything provided. The master bedroom has a comfy bed and floor to ceiling wardrobes so there's plenty of good storage.

This is too small for four person, although there are two bedrooms as the property only has one very very small bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with two beds. The table in the kitchen is completely unstable with only two chairs so four of us could not sit there. The living room also has one comfy armchair and the others weren't so good. So although it was well decorated and looks great it wasn't so cosy. There is street parking and a garage, but as mentioned by other reviewers, it is very tight to get into the garage.

"Easy, convenient, quieter than expected given that you are right on Kildare rd,perfect location"

9.0

Location was perfect, easy to walk to restaurants. Great to have off street parking but only for a small car. The little firepalce was great and wormed up the living area very quickly. It was an easy cottage to operate

Kitchen do with oven gloves and an apron. The actual house is old so the back awning is coming adrift from the wall. Back patio door has putty falling off the windows. Bathroom is tiny but more ta adequate. The lounge could ahve more comfortable couches

"excellent location, well equipped, best for short stay"

7.0

this was a very central location and well equipped unit Was walking distance to many great restaurants and coffee shops Very nice backyard for morning coffees and breakfasts

We were only given one set of towels for a week stay The pillows in the main bedroom have seen better days and are due to be replaced TV remotes weren’t working properly Cars park on the narrow street outside the garage, making it difficult to impossible to use it

"It's a gem of a cottage and we will book it for future trips."

9.0

The location is perfect. The cottage is in a quiet, beautiful, safe, leafy neighbourhood within walking distance of upmarket shops, galleries, pubs, cafes and restaurants, yet the M3 is close by offering easy access to the city bowl and waterfront as well as the Constantia winelands. We loved being able to walk to dinner in the evenings.

There were no negatives to our stay. The cottage exceeded our expectations and we were very comfortable. Our stay included a very hot day on which we made use of the cool, leafy courtyard as well as a few days with storms, rains and gale force winds on which we were very warm and cozy indoors.
