Location was great Size of The villa was amazing. When it was mentioned that the pool was dirty it was cleaned and safe was replaced and microwave replaced.

These are all small individual things and I don't want this to detract from the fact we did enjoy our stay. The property has so much potential to be amazing as the location and size is ideal. Pool area was not clean, bits of broken glass in fake grass. Someone did come and clean the pool whilst there but not the surrounding area. The sunbed cushions were leaking green liquid out of the sides so couldn't use some of them. The safe was broken on arrival but someone did come and replace it. Main oven had no shelves so couldn't be used. Microwave was broken but was replaced. Dishwasher top shelf was broken. The accommodation just needs some tlc i.e new ironing board , tiles replaced on stairs, sun bed covers replaced etc and some of the above as size of accommodation and location is Fab. Wasn't told about the extensive building work happening right next door. It was very loud all day.

We love the area have been coming to Fuerteventura for 30 years

The villa was infested with cockroaches which were all over the kitchen worktops cupboards floor We couldn't use the kitchen at all had to eat out I actually told 1of the cleaners who said that she would report it back but didn't The dishwasher was smelling but we couldnt cook in the kitchen due to the infestation so it was never used. My granddaughter was terrified of them and was scared to be in the villa The pool was dirty and the filter was hardly ever on The grass was upturned and loose a trip hazard Tiles missing on the stairs No place to put rubbish out we had to walk with it to find bins I will attach photos of the garden and pool The people in the next villa told us that since January this year the reviews for our villa have been really bad We unfortunately did not see them or I would have cancelled I am disappointed that booking.com are continuing to have this villa on their website if this is the case I will now be thinking twice about using this website again as we paid over a thousand pounds for this not to be able to relax killing cockroaches

Good location and ideal layout for us

Being woken at 6am every morning by laundry Co using the garage to the property.

Location

Missing tiles outside on paths, front gate bad to open, front door bell and light not working. Dated furniture and fixing, Front room light not working, bed leg hanging off. Cockroaches all over the kitchen and front room. Must off all cupboard handles loose. Top Terrance door would not open, top bathroom window would not close.

Great size villa with lovely pool, good location, close to town, shops, cafes, restaurants and beach.

Tiny bit of maintenance needed at the villa but nothing that spoilt our stay. Sports bar was loud one night but I think they were told off as it was quiet after that one night.

House is big enough for a group and 3 bathrooms is good to have

It wasn't really clean when we arrived, not enough equipment for a group of 8 (kitchen tools, glasses, etc), stuff missing or broken in the house, f.e. oven rack, toilet brush, etc. Curtain rail hanging just loose and falling off, outside table broken, missing tile onthe stairs, wall plaster is loose in lots of places. Green water in pool when we arrived. And not the best beds anymore. It would be nice if all the small things would be properly repared or taken care of to fix. On the other hand, when we texted with our contactperson the first night, they told us that it would be fixed the next day, so that was good!

The location of this villa is its only saving grace , plenty of bars a 2 min walk away and the main strip appropriately 10 mins walk ..

The communication was poor with who ever i was messaging with. The company who run it dont have a number that you can contact if necessary. The villa is unfortunately in a state of disrepair, tiles missing on stairs, taps and showers not working properly, items missing like irons etc, (we were told these would be replaced,but that never happened while we were there. The pool was very bad . somebody has painted all the edging white, which is now chipping off and floating , tbh the pool feels dirty .We returned back on the first night to find the kitchen absolutely overrun with cockroaches, we reported it and it was fixed for two nights but unfortunately i think this residence has a bigger problem. We decided to sleep downstairs as it was cooler ( no aircon) however it would seem that the garage attached is used by a cleaning company that will wake you each morning.. they're incredibly loud and will happily talk about you .( I understand some Spanish) while laughing and giggling in your presence.. there is an abundance of villas to rent in corralejo and i definitely wouldnt return to this one . My advice would be that if you can get a refund please do , this cilla looks nothing like the pictures
