great location for us personally

no secure gate and no privacy to get to the pool area

The location was perfect . Right in El Campario . Loads of bars and restaurants and supermarket accross the street . Really clean and comfy bed . There was a fan that we used in the bedroom which was a god send . Had couple of issues but immediately sorted out . Communication was excellent

The oven had no shelving or equipment to use . Very quickly rectified when we pointed it out .

The property is a great size with pool, the 3 bathrooms were a plus and the pool was great.

It’s tired in places and could do with a little TLC. It would be worth charging a fraction more to keep on top of the maintenance. It was good for the price but the kitchen door feel off and front door was scrapping on the floor when closing making a horrendous noise. Both were fixed within 24 hours of asking. The pool lawn needs to be re-glued as it came up in places and the bbq isn’t great. There are no racks in the oven so not good for even warming up croissants for breakfast. We had a few cockroaches too which wasn’t nice. It could do with some more outside seating on the balcony upstairs or on the terrace area for when you are lucky enough to get some shade in the morning and late afternoon.

The location and size of accommodation were perfect. The big winner was the private pool... when we arrived, there was no kettle contacted host, and within an hour, we had a brand new kettle... everything was excellent

Nice villa just on the edge of town and a perfect base for our family of six over the Christmas and New Year period. Annile the host was so helpful and check-in and check-out was very easy. The villa is across the road from a large supermarket and pretty outdoor shopping centre with a number of little bars and restaurants and coffee shops. WiFi was good, garden was lovely as was the pool and the washing machine and dishwasher were a great addition. The Sports Bar opposite is a nice friendly bar and definitely worth a visit as well as the Cherry Tree further along which does a great breakfast.

Just a few little things that would make it even better - The driveaway/parking space had a lot of rubbish left on it which if I'm honest didn't give a great first impression when we arrived. Not sure if the rubbish was from previous tenants of the villa or the company that use the garage but it was still there when we left. The oven/grill in the kitchen has no racks which meant we weren't able to use it. The outdoor BBQ could do with being rebuilt and modernising as this is a great feature. Some more chairs and maybe a small table on the roof terrace would be good as its a great spot to get the last of the day's sun. Some days the six of us did struggle to get warm showers so not sure if the hot water tank is big enough. and lastly - some decent pillows. The beds and bedding were great, it was just the pillows.
