Please note that only one large dog or 2 small dogs are allowed in the one and two-bedroom houses, and up to 2 dogs are allowed in the three-bedroom house. An extra one-off fee of GBP 20 applies for one dog, £25 for 2 dogs. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture, If dogs go on beds or furniture a cleaning bill of £100 will apply. Please note that construction work is taking place nearby at the barn from Monday to Friday between 19th March to 30th November and some cottages may be affected by noise.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Difficult to find from road Would be good to have a chair or stool to put things on in bedroom as plenty of space

"Lovely relaxing stay"

It was pur second stay here but different cottage this time. We were so pleased to see the fencing had been changed made our stay even more enjoyable.. Location is great for walks and local pubs and we had perfect weather.

Only had half toilet roll, would recommend bringing your own as no local shops. Need a smaller set of pans for the induction hob as the ones supplied are far too big for 2 people.

Owners were very welcoming, even though there was construction could not hear it was at very sociable hours. Was beautiful walks around the area, stayed with a dog also was plenty of space to move around with all amenities needed. Was comfortable and very accommodating

"Brilliant stay, great communication, massive bed!"

Location was good, rural but not too rural. Close to the Peak District. Had everything you could want. Adequate parking. The bed was sooo comfy and massive as well!

A bigger frying pan would have been beneficial, as there was only a small one, maybe 20cm. This was okay, but harder to cook larger meals.

Comfortable bed, and great shower. Sunny courtyard garden. Wonderful walks straight from the cottage.
