Klimaanlage wäre im Hauptraum schon wünschenswert.

Schöne und vor allem sehr gepflegte Anlage mit schöner Grünfläche und tollem Pool! Man kann sogar das Meer sehen!

Es gibt keine Spülmaschine aber das war vorher bekannt. Wie in den meisten Ferien Wohnungen gibt es nicht übermäßig viel Geschirr weswegen regelmäßig gespült werden muss. Größere Supermärkte sind knapp 30’ mit dem Auto entfernt, aber es gibt einen kleinen Mini Markt 10’ entfernt wo man auch vieles bekommt. Ansonsten alles gut und es hat an nichts wirklich wichtigem gefehlt!

Podobało nam sie wszystko. Cisza I spokój. Przecudowny gospodarz. Super 2 koty w porywach do 3😃 praktycznie prywatny basen do dyspozycji 24h. No i co najważniejsze brak nakazu noszenia czepków 😃 polecam bardzo serdecznie. Na bank tam wrócimy. Wielkie pozdrowienia dla Pana Pietro, który dbał o wszystko zupełnie się nie narzucając. Dziękujemy ❤️

Läget. Lugnt och beläget ute bland kullar och fårbönder. Väldigt mysigt! Värden Pietro var utomordentligt trevlig och serviceminded och kom och tittade till La chintana 1-2 gånger per dag.

Bardzo fajny basen z zadbanym ogrodem. Strefa wypoczynku i prywatność. Super kontakt z włascielem.

W upalne dni zdecydowanie za gorąco i przerwy w dostawie prądu. Gdyby była klimatyzacja to 10/10 dlatego zalecam rozważyć taką inwestycję i podnieść trochę ceny

Teilweise ist die Ausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Hochsommer kann es ohne Klima schon Warm werden.

Alles beviel ons erg. Het prachtige uitzicht. De natuur om je heen en natuurlijk de luxe van een eigen zwembad en vrijstaand huis. En de contactpersoon is ook echt super lief en vriendelijk. Hopelijk kan ik ooit nog een keertje terug komen om nogmaals van dit prachtige plekje te kunnen genieten. Ik raad iedereen een verblijf aan op dit mooie plekje.

Als ik iets moet bedenken dan is er een klein beetje onderhoud nodig, vervanging van bv een gebroken haakje, een nieuwe lampenkap etc. Maar niets wat je vakantiepret kan bederven hier. Het huisje is echt comfortabel om in te verblijven.

Das Steinhäuschen ist geschmackvoll im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Die ganze Anlage wird von Pietro bestens gepflegt und ist schön bepflanzt und liegt in einer sehr schönen leicht hügeligen Umgebung. Wer die Ruhe genießen will, ist hier genau richtig. Der Pool ist sauber, ausreichend Liegebetten sind vorhanden. Küchenutensilien sind ausreichend.

Wer zu einem Strand kommen will, braucht ein Auto.

The hosts - they take very great care of this home, the pool, garden, grass and all of the amenities. They will also book delicious restaurants and experiences for you and also bring you some amazing local produce. There is a classic BBQ which was super great to have as we were able to have a chilled final night with our friends around the food and some wine. Also a pool, which is shared with the other properties, but we never stumbled across anyone else at the pool while we were there and wanted to use it. Location is so peaceful, in nature, perfect for a getaway with family or friends. It's a bit in the middle of nothing but that is the beauty of in-land Sardinia. With a car, you can get to restaurants, supermarkets and beaches within a 15 minutes drive, even to Alghero in 45 minutes.

We came when it was still only average 28 degrees, and it was okish, but much hotter and it would be tough to sleep through or hide from the outside heat A little dated pool additions - some umbrellas and chairs were tight to open because of the rust, so it would be nice to update this
