A very good space and comfortable

The tvs didn't work in 2 of the rooms as there was no signal and they wasn't smart tvs, it also said an Xbox would be there but there wasn't apart from that it was a lovely place to stay

Great space for a group, great outdoor space parking clean everything you could ask for

Location was residential and quiet peaceful for much needed break.

Was beautiful home. Bedrooms lovely. Comfortable was such a lovely home and I think we will try and book again nice to have free parking aswell

Wish it was closer to the tower but I knew this when I booked lol and my daughter enjoyed using the tram I kept forgetting to get the WiFi code from the bedroom before putting my baby down so wish it was written in the information pack

Loved it all right from when we parked on the drive! House was very clean, beds were soo comfy, rooms are big & garden is beautiful😊

Fantastic Location and Fantasic Detatched House in the Prime area of Blackpook and area minutes away from the tram on the south beach house is clean and quirky everything was in the property for your needs and stay I have rated this a 7/10 on our 2 night stay wish it could be a 10 but theres a few issues and Pictures on booking.com are when the property was first renovated as the outdoor funiture looked new but the outdoor funiture needs replacing and Completely different to the pictures the table has rotten to the point the parasol can not stand up also the parasol is broken and the outdoor seating is tired and needs replacing and weeds around the skirts of the outdoor area needs removing would take 10-20 minutes to remove by cleaner . the kitchen area (the main area) flooring is heavily scratched in the conservatory area and needs replacing and just general Maintenance alot of bulbs not working. in kitchen area also the blue light strip under the bar is only half working and hanging down and vairous wires hanging down from the conservatory roof. Up stairs is clean and tidy but alot of junk in the sliding wardrobes in 2 of the rooms in one of the rooms has a mirror sliding wardrobe which is cracked across also the bathroom raditor was turned off my wife turned it on as she wanted a bath and wanted to warm the towels up but the raditor started leaking so had to turn it back off from the valve the toilet ceiling light switch is not attached to the ceiling the kitchen and conservatory is been knocked into one and is far to hot when the sun comes up bear in mind we went the 12th september 2024 for £175 per night would be worth it if the few issues was sorted but down stairs and outside is tired that is our honest review of our stay and wish it could be a 10 just a few slight issues which could be easly solved

Excellent location couldn't have asked for better. Short walk to pleasure beach along lovely streets and we felt safe walking day and night. Kitchen area great for entertaining good music system and lighting.

This whole house is tired and would benefit from a good tidy up, clear out, and a proper deep clean. The current photos are very cleverly done (mood lighting). Unfortunately, we were quite taken aback when arriving and felt like we were in a different house from what we had seen in photos. Decor throughout but upstair in particular is poor, surfaces dusty, and wall art (throughout the house) is a bit on the creepy side. Kitchen is a great space good for entertaining but units are in need of repair upgrading. Food items left in fridge and freezer needs defrosting. Cooker needs a good clean inside. The garden area at the back is unrecognisable from current photos, furniture outside couldn't be used due to it being covered in dirt and mould clearly from being left out in all weather conditions even though there is storage in the garage where this could be kept. Front entrance to house is extremely dark at night due to no light and an overgrown garden. We had to use phone torch to see where we were going. This house has potential just needs to be brought up to date and have a good clean/clear out.
