Lovely house, loads of space for everyone, comfortable

Need a week to learn how to use the high tech facilities

The property is a fantastic size with plenty of space for everyone. We were a group of two families and everyone was housed with ease and plenty of places to sit and relax without being on top of one another. The games room is a great place to hang out, especially as it has the Sky TV connected too. The garden is a lovely size as are all the bedrooms. The boot room off the entrance hall was also handy especially after beach days. We had to contact the owners and they responded immediately and all was resolved without issue. It is a great location for seeing North Cornwall with Bude, Tintagel, Trebarwith, Port Isaac, Padstow and Newquay all within the hour. Overall we would recommend although note the price has risen considerably since we booked our holiday.

No instructions for the various gadgets so a lot of googling and YouTube video tutorials required! Hot tub was great for the first half of the week but needs additional treatment if to be used for the whole week. No instructions required refuse collection so we had weeks worth of recycling and rubbish by the garage. There are no pavements so walking to and from the local town is not advisable as the roads have fast travelling vehicles on them.

I love this house .

The house was well thought out for large groups of up to eight adults. It was very helpful to have a bathroom for each bedroom. The games room and gym equipment were a welcome addition. The welcome package on arrival was most generous.

My only suggestion would be to have two single beds in one of the bedrooms or have a double that could separated if requested.
