Everything !! The place was dirty the carpets were disgusting the sofa smelt of urine there were stains on the bed sheets,the water in the shower and bath was none existent literally just a drip. The decking outside was filthy the fridge didn’t work well.all in all it was the worst accommodation I have stayed in The owner is using the photos on the website of when it was brand new and it clearly doesn’t look like that now

It was a good area and the bedrooms were good

The water pressure was not good. The PIN code to the key was incorrect. The vacuum was full and unusable. There were no bins

Location to lakes

Very poor water pressure, so unable to use shower correctly. Freezer completely frozen up, making fridge not work correctly. Poor areas of cleaning, with hoover still full from previous occupants.

Washing machine didn’t work dishwasher didn’t work the freezer was that frozen up the door didn’t shut looked like Iceland the country bedsheets didn’t even fit the beds properly kept coming off the bed in the night bedding was rubbish and pillows awful we had to pay to go swimming which it doesn’t say we had to when we booked the bed was so close to the wardrobe it would open

It was really clean spacious and modern When we ran out of gas it was replaced within minutes great customer care

The water pressure was very low so shower wasn’t so good and filling the bath The swimming pool was quite expense I appreciate this isn’t the lodges but should be fed back if you stay in a lodge you can have discount

The ambience

No blind in the kitchen, just bare window and felt been over look

The location

It was absolutely filthy. Admittedly the cleaners hadn’t been, but the place is very run down. There was a T-shirt still in the master double bed from the previous occupant, excrement stains in 1 bed, urine stains in another. Freezer blocked solid, couldn’t open the drawers, shower head had been ripped out the wall, wet towels and dirty floors, not to mention the smell. We left immediately, the wife was not going to stay in that place. Adam the owner would not refund our money, despicable human being. Had a nightmare going through booking.com, be aware it’s up to the owner if they want to refund the money, nothing to do with booking.com.

Boiler doesn't work properly and has not been serviced. Difficult to get hot water

Super quiet and restaurant was amazing great food the area was amazing

Water pressure was zero poor shower and heating wouldn't start but apart from that ok No salt and pepper
