Location and size

It was a little tired. Peeling paper in the main bedroom and sadly at head height and above lots of cobwebs and dust particularly in the ceiling fan which was really really dirty. And carpet dirty and dining room chairs all worn and cracking tremendously. I’m sorry to give this feedback but I think it lets the lodge down which I’m not sure owners will be aware of.

Location and family friendly feel

Apartment was a little bit tired, in need of a bit of TLC Checking in was very disorganised, which made for disappointing initial impressions , however this was resolved and also given a later check out to compensate

Beautiful site, relatively quiet. Lodge was very nice. Handy for the M6 and the lakes.

Lodge could do with a little TLC but nothing major. Restaurant at site had only 1 pizza base left at 7.15 in the evening.

Good location, not a lot of footfall past the lodge so nice and quiet. Bedrooms clean and modern, bathrooms were clean.

Washing machine broken, left without for 7 days. Had to message on a few occasions re washing machine. Could do with new chairs in dining area as leather peeling off and gets everywhere. Stains on carpet in living room, ceiling fan thick with dust.
