3 Bedroom Lakeview Lodge - Ensuite & Balcony Deck

Tired and grotty looking, Filthy windows Unpainted decking and shabby garden furniture Littered path ways Cobwebs all over the outside of property Guttering overflowing with moss and debris Dirty marks on inside walls and blinds Mould on shower and bath Loose tap on handbasin Broken dining room chairs Kitchen cupboard drawers broken Dusty skirting No lakeside view as advertised

The location was geat and the size of the lodge was also great.

it was very run down, several very simple fixes had not been completed which looking at the previous reviews was brought to light for the owners last year and still nothing had been done. list of issues below; 1 - decking area very run down, table falling apart 2 - kitchen drawers falling apart 3 - washing machine doesnt work 4 - windows very dirty 5 - dining chairs collapsed when used, my mum really hurt herself 6 - stained bedding 7 - patio doors didn't lock, had to get maintenance to look at it.

Loved the lodge, the location was really lovely.

The outside seating could do with updating.

Nothing to dislike about the property it had everything we needed and was comfortable to stay in and relax which we wanted to do

Arrived to a freezing house with children. Took a while to get going .

The lodge was perfect for us. we went with our son, DIL and two grandchildren (4 and 7) There were a couple of things with the lodge but I contacted the owner who assures me he will address them.

I was not aware a family swimming pass for a family of 4 would be £70 for 3 days. we paid it it and made sure we got ample use !!!

Then location

Upon arrival there was no email of the code to get in the lodge so I had to call the owner. The lodge it self was nice and clean on arrival however the dining room chairs were fake leather and peeling of the chairs and every time we sat on the chairs bits were falling off the chairs.
