Great communication from the owners, Jan came over to see us once we arrived. Very lovely lady. The caravan was perfect for our needs as a family of 3. Toiletries, towels and cleaning products were all provided, this can make such a difference in your choice of accomodation when travelling. You will not be disappointed here. We also had tea, sugar, coffee and a bottle of milk on arrival. Again, very kind touch from the owners and very welcoming. WiFi, Netflix, magazines and playing cards for entertainment. It felt like home from home and we would 100% recommend a stay here We had a 4 night stay here and used it as base to explore the surrounding areas during the day. Relaxed on the lovely decking in the evening or watched movies on netflix. Thank you Jan and Steve

Only thing we didn’t like was the actual site by the lake needs a bit of tidying up but that didn’t spoil our stay still a lovely walk with the dog around the site

Wow!! Everything was amazing the property was like a home from home everything we needed and so much more. It was spotless,comfortable and Jan made us feel very welcome on arrival. We would love to stay again thanks again.

Nothing Be aware in twin room one bed is shorter than normal and the other thinner. It probably had that information and I didn’t look. I am 5ft 8” and I slept ok. It is comfortable.

The caravan was so comfortable and cozy. It was the little touches that did it for me, everything you need is provided. Tea, coffee, biscuits, milk, toiletries towels all included could not fault anything. The host Jan came to welcome us on the first day, which I thought was lovely. I will definitely book again and would not hesitate to recommend.

The location, easy to get to from the M6, 5 min drive to carnforth. The owners are such lovely people and made us feel very welcome. The caravan is immaculate and very homely. Beds are the most comfortable we’ve slept in during a caravan holiday. I highly recommend and would absolutely return.
