Everything was perfect the caravan was spotless with everything you needed,there was even some birthday beers and some lovely gifts left for us. Jan & Steve are amazing hosts. Thanks Ade & Julia.

The property was very easy to find with the information provided by Jan and Steve prior to our arrival. Jan was on hand to let us in and was kind enough to find a football for our 11 year old, as he had forgotten to take one. There was everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Can highly recommend for anyone wanting a base within a short distance from Morecambe and the Lake District.

The caravan exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and our host left biscuits, cakes and tea & coffee making stuff for us. We had an issue with loss of internet due to a storm the night before, but Jan & Steve did everything to get us reconnected asap.

The main bed mattress was not very comfortable, but I have hip issues and prefer memory foam type mattresses. We thought that the bar/restaurant was on site but it isn’t. It is on another site, so maybe put that in the accommodation description.

Really clean and comfortable in a relaxing location.

The location was fantastic for exploring, the lodge was clean and it had everything we could need. The decor was very cosy & homely, the beds were very comfortable and we even had a tv in the bedroom. The little welcome gifts was a nice touch which we really appreciated. Our only regret was that we could not stay a little longer.

Location was really good just off the motorway. Nice quiet location. Jan the owner was on site and it was nice to meet her. Caravan was lovely and clean with little extras for my dog. Loved the decking for sitting out.

Only a personal thing as I have a bad back would be to say mattress was too soft for me but not everyone would have that problem.
