"gorgeous relaxing stay,"

beautiful lakes and gorgeous caravan, , the setting and ease of fishing was fabulous. the wifi was great too. everything in the caravan that we needed and lots of nice little touches like crisps , sauces etc

the road noise was quite bad, only noticed in the night but I use easrplugs so wasnt too bad for me but if you are a light sleeper , you would probably struggle

Lovely property, well maintained and spotless. Lovely location and excellent communication from host (Jan) before and during our stay. Caravan well equipped with everything we needed plus the added extras. Thank you 😊 Our boys loved the fishing and an ideal location for heading to the South Lakes. During our stay we visited Ingleton Falls (on way there), Coniston Water, Grizdale Forest, Graythwaite Adventure (Lake Windermere) and Williamson Park, Lancaster (on way home). We all had a fantastic time (including our two dogs Mylo & Otis). Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nothing, only the fact our stay went very quickly and we didn’t want to go home.

Excellent location for a stop over as near motorway, yet still relaxing with the lakes setting. Very clean, modern, cozy & comfortable. Host was very friendly & lovely welcoming touches, such as milk, cans of pepsi, biscuits, tea & coffee left for us.

We loved everything about our stay. The caravan was beautiful and modern. The host Jan ( who is just lovely) thought of EVERYTHING, there was even yummy biscuits and fresh milk left for us and some little doggie treats for our girls. We will definitely be returning!!

There was nothing we didn't like ... 10/10 for everything
