It was clean. Cozy as advertised! Spacious. Comfortable. Walking distance of restaurants etc. we went to The Emporium which was lovely and the food was great.

Perfect location for the wedding venue we attended, Holmes Mill. Spotlessly clean, cosy & comfortable. Excellent communication. Easy check-in process. Little extras appreciated- bread & eggs for breakfast.

Location, cosiness and bedrooms

No hair dryer The rooms could do with a good clean cobwebs and dust around pictures and lampshades and curtains. Check out was at noon. The cleaners arrived an hour early. Asking us how long we would be!

Plenty of space and only 3 miles from Mitton Hall where we attended a wedding. Extra touches like leaving milk , bread and eggs for breakfast was much appreciated.

Loved this property and so handy from the train station and the castle. I stayed 2 nights as I was also attending a wedding that weekend and even the taxi service we used was great too. I definitely come back here again, if I'm in Clotheroe.

It just need a bit of TLC in bathroom and hallway, other then that, they wasn't anything bad at all.

Easy parking, great location with local shops/restaurants nearby. Nice big house for 6 of us!

It could go with a bit of decorating as lots of scuffs and the toilet needs a bin. Nothing major.
