"Perfect for our needs."

Perfectly spacious but with a cosy feel. Really happy we booked here. Short walking distance from shops, restaurants and Holmes Mill for the wedding we were attending. Location is PERFECT!! Plenty of on street parking too was never a hassle.

"Great comfortable stopover in Clitheroe for a wedding nearby."

Only stayed over one night but we felt very at home . Comfortable living room and great beds. Nicely decorated throughout and well equipped though we didn't actually cook whilst there. Contact with Darryl the owner was easy and helpful.

Our only observation, although it didnt impact our stay was the bathroom floor tiles need some attention sooner rather than later ... the grout has almost gone and is loose, as were a few of the tiles.

"Fantastic location, lovely experience, great house and host."

Fantastic location for the local wedding venue. Bathroom and kitchen were modern and lovely and beds super comfortable. Lovely house for a family wedding, and the host had made sure we had tea/coffee and breakfast available. Couldn’t have been better.
