The house was ok, but not luxury as advertised.

The front garden to the property was in a terrible state, especially as it's described as a luxury home. Nothing like the photos. The front door to the property, was out of line somehow and was difficult to close, this is obviously not recently happened. There were no tea bags. There was some coffee and sugar, also milk sachets in the fridge, which were 2 YEARS out of date. There was a small 3 seater settee, which was uncomfortable and barely sat 2 people, baring in mind property is advertised to sleep up to 8. Dining table had only 3 chairs. There is only 1 tv in the house. None in any of the bedrooms. They had a nice sized garden, which was unusable as it was overgrown and had no suitable outside seating. Expected something for a luxury house. The mattress in the back bedroom was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. I hardly slept because of it. There were only hanging rails in the bedrooms, no drawers what so ever. The carpet on the top rung was badly frayed. If the house wasn't listed as being luxury, I would have probably given a higher score. This is a true representation of this property.

Easy to find, good parking, clean throughout and very comfortable.

Great location, very clean and comfortable. It was our second stay here.

There's no welcome pack. Tea and coffee are provided but it would be great if they could leave a pint of milk in the fridge.

This place did everything it said on the tin. A couple of minor things like setting the heating temperature were a shade disappointing, it was a particularly cold weekend and it would have been nice to be able to turn up the heating. We used all four beds, including the sofa bed in the lounge. A downstairs loo would be helpful and there is capacity at the back in the garden (outside privvy is nothing new in donny :) . A manual showing where things were, iw how the tele worked, temp settings and finding wifi would have been helpful but we worked most of it out. But I am picking hairs. For the price it was amazing and we will return.

Large and spacious accommodation with a family bathroom and an ensuite bathroom. Stairs were narrow and quite steep to the attic bedroom

Communication with the property owner was terrible. Made him aware check in would be around 15:00 which he said was fine. Made him aware my son would have his 6 month old son and need access. However when my son arrived, housekeeping were there and said she had only just been told the house needed cleaning. They got into the property just before 16:00

Do not pay a deposit to this man; they won’t return your £300. They keep making excuses and saying you destroyed the house. I have videos of how I left the house, and he claims you soiled the sheets with oil and need new ones just to avoid returning your money. Then they claim you had visitors and they will withhold your deposit! I asked him for proof, and he ignored me and didn’t send me any proof or the money.
