What a gem! Superb accommodation, well appointed and equipped, quiet location, very comfortable. Loved it! Treat yourself and make a booking, Fochabers is a lovely village.

This was very central to Fochabers but also in a quiet area, easy parking, the accommodation was spotlessly clean , and very warm , we had our 2 dogs and within easy walking distance to the river , the butchers shop is across the road with great quality and reasonable price

Some outside furniture would be a great edition for sitting, but this is only for additional comments this would not put us off from booking accommodation here again as we truly enjoyed our stay it was 5 star
