Excellent cottage in the centre of Fochabers. Immaculately clean with all the comforts required. Perfect cottage for taking our dog to with the Green Door entry to the Gordon Castle estate at the end of the street and plenty of other walks near by. A very short walk to the Pizza takeaway, award winning chip shop and super meals at the dog friendly Gordon Arms hotel.

The sofa was a bit soft for our liking but it was only a problem because we stayed in the whole day to watch the Queen’s funeral on TV. This wouldn’t be a problem for a usual holiday.

"One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! Location was grand"

Perfect location! And the cottage all to myself was a rare treat while on vacation. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I loved the fact that there was a garden with a seating area as well as a clothesline which was put to use.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property

The place was perfect! So cosy and homely. Perfect location. Also absolutely spotless!!! Can’t wait to book again to explore the area some more! Hosts were so lovely!
