"A very comfortable and relaxing weekend. Some warm sunshine so able to sit at the table outside."

Very comfortable cottage in an excellent location for a quiet and relaxing weekend. There were also walks to nearby River.

Can't think of anything. Foggy on one day but that was out of control of the owners!

"Pleasant, very quiet and location was what we wanted."

Location was fine. Just what we wanted. Booked on that basis.

The approach track to the property was terrible. Maybe the bathroom would benefit from an electric shower. The sofa and lounge chairs were a little uncomfortable.

Location of it it's perfect if you are after a nice quiet place.Not to far from city so you can do your shopping. It is absolutely stunning!

"Orton estate was a Lovely place to walk & explore in peaceful surroundings but Access to property is extremely chall"

Location was perfect with everything in the Cottage for a Comfortable peaceful stay

Some of the Furniture could do with updating to be honest & although we were warned about access lane to property being a bit of a rough ride we got a puncture on first day. After further inspection found broken Glass & Tacks on lane which I suspect had come from newly erected fences to Cattle fields. Lots of wire & wood discarded in heaps on field which the Calves kept getting the feet caught up in

"Comfortable stay in a cosy cotaage"

Property was as advertised. Good location to explore the area. Kitchen is lovely.

Sofa wasn't very comfortable. Stairs to upper bedroom were dangerous to come down. Headroom upstairs is limited.

Beautiful and quiet location. Very well equipped house, warm. comfortable beds and nice cosy interior. Very peaceful. Great views around. Could live there forever. For sure I add to my favourite place!
