The Barn, Lower Spring

The facilities were great and really clean the bed was very countable, the walk in shower was lovely with great water pressure, wand plenty of kitchen equipment.

Not a problem but the toilet is very close to the wall and no shelf or hanging basket to be able to put shower gel / shampoo in however there was a shower seat so as long as you did not need to use that then you could put them on there.

Great holiday home, very comfortable and well equipped to make our stay memorable. Would definately book again. Thanks Bridget

Maybe a foot stool for weary legs!

The Barn is a great place to stay. It is really comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. We were there at the time of storm Darragh. Our hosts were very kind and thoughtful to make sure we're okay and brought candles when the power outage came. The Barn is very well situated for trips out in the area.

Nothing to complain about.

Excellent comfortable and cosy property in a great situation for exploring Dartmoor, and very well equipped.

It would have been nice to have met or had some contact with the owner during our stay. It was very unusual not to be left a pint of milk at least.

Location excellent for direct access on to Moor and for Tavistock. Cosy little barn with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen and the biggest comfiest bed. Very reasonably priced for standard of accomodation.

Some difficulty turning the car at the end of the narrow drive. It required help with blind spots and a deep ditch running along one side of the drive. Otherwise parking was very good.
