Brilliant place to stay! Loved the cottage, will be back!

The aspect of the cottage was lovely - plenty of character and a really nice interior arrangement. The kitchen area was really nice and a great setting for a meal and chat at the large table.

I guess the only issue is that there is no rear garden as you share access with another party. This does reduce the light into the property as there is a screen on that side close to the window.

It is a beautiful cottage, really well decorated. Perfect for families and friends. Kid friendly :-) Good communication from staff

Nothing! All good, we only stayed for 1 night but would recommend a week

It was a really quiet, charming, and comfy! It was better than I expected! For a family of four, it offered great accommodations. It was wonderful having a whole house to ourselves. I was able to cook for the family. Most of what I needed was provided. While the shower was tight, I loved the towel warmer!

My biggest complaint would be about the motion detector outside the attic door. It's a great idea, but it went on and off all night. My daughter got creeped out. I ended up sleeping with her, but with one eye open. I couldn't figure what was triggering it, as it didn't start until late into the night. It did this the next night too. Ghost or glitch, either way annoying. A petty want, I wish they had paper towels, napkins, or more than one kitchen towel. Lastly, the living room smelled a little musky, but was very welcoming otherwise.

It was spotlessly clean. It was a lovely cottage and cosy. The kitchen was well equipped and had supplies for use.

A smell in sitting room but once it was aired out it was ok. The upper bunk bed was a little too close to the ceiling, only suitable for smaller children.

Everything. Met all our expectations. Great communication from the host. Lovely, quiet location. Great, friendly pub 10 mins walk away.
