"Just a perfect break away."

It is in a fabulous location, it was easy to get to see our friends in westward Ho, a fabulous wedding in Instow and friends in Horns cross. It has a perfect view, so clean, and has everything you need, I was even offered jewellery to wear to the wedding ! Over and above anywhere we have stayed, Ann and Phil are just perfect hosts, knowledgeable about the area and just perfect hosts. We will definitely stay there again.

That I couldn’t take it home 😊

"Wonderful home stay in a modern renovated annex"

The property was in a lovely location over looking fields full of barley/wheat. We loved listening to the birdsong in the morning and evening from the balcony and the stars came out at night thanks to the low light pollution in the area. The property has been renovated with mod cons like under floor heating in the bathroom. The annex was very clean and the host was so thoughtful in leaving my son a bucket and spade for the beach day which was very touching. Ann also gives a generous amount in food stuffs to get you going and beyond so we didn’t have to worry about the first morning and we had everything we needed for cooking for our stay.

Lovely views across the valley from the balcony. The host provided few provisions so we didn’t have to go shopping immediately which was lovely.

Nothing, everything was excellent. Will stay here again!
