Birmingham's Spacious Uptown Family Retreat

The house was so big, beautiful and very clean. The beds was soooo comfortable! The owner was extremely helpful and nice!

I have nothing negative to say about this property! I will definitely stay here again!

The balcony was the only thing I liked everything else was horrible

On our arrival date I had to call and text to get the door code he approved my time for 4:00 I was suppose to get the door code 15 mins before 4 we ain't get it till almost 5 due to him telling me that his cleaners were still there that had nothing to do with us because I been booked this trip I lossed my parents April 16th and 17th 1 day apart so I wanted to get away look this air bnb up it looked nice we booked it when we arrive to the property the owner and his daughter pulled up to bring a mat with no manners ok my baby went to use the restroom the toilet wouldn't flush he came and fixed the chain and gone say nothing was wrong with it then the air goes out he came and said the wires crossed threaded and he ain't no electrician on top of that hair was every where all in the fridge in every tub and toilet the bath mats was dirty the front room got mold the door jam messed up he did not meet my expectations then when I tell him what's going on he tried to place the blame on us like wow really sir. I have messages where he said the cleaning was not up to par he was very rude he said he was gonna refund the cleaning fee and he didn't i have several videos and pictures he should have gave us a full refund my daughter has severe asthma and it was hot the bottom patio looks horrible nasty and dirty just a disgrace and he came Friday morning unexpected and start cutting grass invading our privacy then he had to come in over my kids

Location near airport and railroad tracks. Very noisy. Neighborhood undesirable.

Considering the tragedy I was faced with, I really liked the location of this home and how close it was to Children’s Hospital. This home was clean and very spacious. Really liked how the home was already equipped with games and other things to have good family fun.

Great space and location. Tons of room and loved the games, and positive touches! Older home with beautiful wooden floors. Very clean.

Needs some work as older home. Location close to town but neighborhood is up and coming. Some noise from nearby airport and train. We were fine though!!

The area was grand many years ago but now many of the properties in the area are boarded up. It does not have a comfortable feel about it. The house is under the flight path of the airport and that, along with the night-long loud horns blaring, probably from the train tracks, made getting a good night's sleep very difficult.
