Betsey Trotwood. Historic stylish 2-bed cottage.

Cosy, comfortable, loved how the aesthetics matched the age and character of the property. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The welcome pack was a lovely gesture although due to a gluten allergy, I didn’t have but the thought was there. Would highly recommend Betsey Trotwood.

Beautiful property that was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, tidy, tastefully renovated, had everything we needed. Lovely private garden out the back with BBQ and tables. We had a great time and will definitely go back again.

There was nothing not to like.

A really lovely property. Super friendly and helpful owners. The kids loved the little bedroom and the bath in the main bedroom. The location is great and really easy to get to. Everything was very clean and includdd a little gift basket on arrival

The only downside is for tall people upstairs. The pitched roof in the shower was a little awkward if you're over 6 foot.

Keys were in the door. Lovely cottage to stay, excellent. Very comfortable. Spotlessly clean, everything new & good quality Lovely hosts very helpful. Good area Peaceful hope to stay again in the future. We tried 2 pubs they didn't serve food after 8.pm. We found Somerleyton House was fabulous, lovely gardens shame we couldn't get into the house, hopefully next time we come 5 minutes from the cottage. Loved Southwold not far to drive, typical old English seaside resort. Quaint shops lovely beach great feel to the place.

Everything. Couldn’t fault a simple thing. The property was immaculate with everything you need. The bath in the room in particular was delightful. So cosy and felt very much like home. The owner was very nice to and welcoming Highly recommend

We would describe the accommodation as functional rather than homely. The location, parking, facilities and cleanliness were all very good. The garden looks great for anyone staying when the weather is being kind, with a sheltered patio for outside entertaining.

In the main we were very happy with the accommodation. Taller guests need to be aware of the sloping ceilings in the upstairs rooms.
