Everything was perfect. The location was beautiful;out of the way, peaceful and overlooking a stream, all you could hear was the sound of running water, no traffic! We sat on the balcony watching the ducks and ducklings. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay; teabags, coffee, sugar, shower gel, hairdryer, and even straighteners. We loved the robes, the shower was great and the bed was so comfortable!! Kate, the owner, had left us a few little gifts for when we arrived, which was such a lovely touch. She messaged the day before letting us know what time the cottage would be ready by, which was earlier than the checkin time, allowing us more time there. We had no issues with the parking. We will definitely return and hopefully stay a little longer next time.

Absolutely nothing!

We absolutely loved our stay here, it was so beautiful, and the host thought of every little detail to make our stay so comfortable. The photos don't do it justice, it literally took my breath away as soon as we entered. Kate, our host was absolutely superb, we had an early check in, and she told us not to rush on our last day. She had left us some milk, bread, butter and marmalade which was so thoughtful. The cottage had everything you needed for our stay, it was extremely comfortable and cosy. We really enjoyed listening to the stream, it was really calming sitting out on the balcony. The location was perfect, we had some beautiful walks. There is a shop around the corner, and a pub. We cannot wait to return in the cooler months to take advantage of the fire.

great location, comfortable and great little holiday home, spotlessly clean and everything you need for a few days away

We loved everything about this cottage , Kate was brilliant and left us little gifts , the log fire 🔥 was awesome and the whole place was just very comfortable and relaxing
