"A lovely cottage, presented by a very courteous host, offering a pleasant stay."

The aesthetics. We loved the ‘cottage vibes’. It was very in keeping with the area. The host made great contact throughout, and made sure it all went to plan. Gave advance notice for the parking situation, the key lockbox, and even allowed us a later checkout with no extra expense.

It would have been better if we took another day off work to stay a bit longer!

"Lovely and relaxing."

The location of the cottage was perfect. The cottage was cosy, quaint and tranquil. The host was brilliant, plenty of communication, making sure we were settled in and once knowing our plans for the stay offered some very useful advice and recommendations. We had a lovely break away. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and would certainly book again.

There was nothing negative about our stay.

milllrace cottage is all kinds of wonderful, offering everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay 😊the kind little gestures that Kate leaves for your stay are a lovely touch, plenty of lovely pubs and restaurants local to the cottage and just a 20 min walk in to holmfirth town, this place is a little gem and a must stay !! we will be back very soon, thank you Lindsey & George

Everything was clean, tidy and ready. It has been great to be able to completely rely on Kate to consistently provide a cottage that works for our stay to take part in competitions. There is never any distraction from the competition as everything is always perfect with the cottage. My wife and I have been many times, and it is consistently excellent.

Everything. This was out 3rd stay and it was every bit as good as the others. The cottage is lovely, the water running past is lovely to hear and the balcony is very nice to take in the environment. The cottage is always very clean with stocked wood for the fire and a nice fridge and utilities. The host, Kate, is also lovely and I'm sure if there were even the slightest issue she would take care of it promptly.

It's close to perfect, and exception value for money. I cannot think of anything that I could reasonably express as a dislike.
