Y Teras

This cottage is phenomenal! The hosts have literally thought about everything there's is everything you need! The beds are unbelievably comfy and we honestly felt like we stayed in a home from home. Y Teras was spotlessly clean when we arrived and Darren was the most accommodating host we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The views from the living room and balcony are spectacular and we enjoyed the log burner when it did turn a little nippy towards the end of our stay. The welcome hamper was a beautiful little touch on arrival.

Everything about this cottage is perfect, amazing location, quiet and peaceful, clean throughout and the hosts are super helpful. Would 100% recommend this cottage.

Comfortable and well appointed cottage. Nice welcome hamper, diolch yn fawr iawn ! Dog friendly, including an ideal well fenced off little garden. Excellent location for us. We enjoyed the lounge and balcony. Nice walks in the doorstep and not far from Maenclochog which is a fab village!

The shower was adequate but not very powerful and sometimes not easy to get ok temperature. But minor detail compared to all the rest .

Lovely cottage with all the necessary things provided in abundance, absolutely beautiful view, lovely and quiet, spectacular view of stars outside, excellent log burner & log provision, comfy beds and v handy washer and dryer. Also, super friendly and responsive owner via WhatsApp. Couldn’t have asked for anything more :)

We arrived at Y Teras late afternoon after a very busy day hiking and sightseeing. Opening the door to the cottage we both said “wow”. Everything was perfect, beautiful decor, fabulous living space, well equipped kitchen, divine bathroom, super comfortable beds, cozy wood fire and a lovely view. The location was the perfect base for us venturing out along the stunning coastline, exploring inland waterfalls, visiting cafes, galleries, ancient burial sites and red kite feeding at Gigrin Farm. The local pub has so much character and the fish and chips were sensational. Y Teras felt like home and we had the most joyous stay. It was very hard to leave after such a wonderful four days. Darren and Charlie are wonderful hosts and their hospitality is outstanding. A special thank you from two very happy Aussies who fell in love with Y Teras and Pembrokeshire.

The layout of this property is stunning, the log burner and view from the lounge, balcony and the back bedroom is beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped. All the bedrooms were immaculate and our bed comfy and warm. The water piping hot for a relaxing soak in the bath. There is a pub which sold the best fish and chips just two minutes away very tasty and huge portions. A Cheese Farmhouse just around the corner provided a cheese tasting session. Rosebush quarry and a short drive to Fishguard provided plenty of entertainment along with the forests walks on the doorstep.

Nothing could be better, the hosts have thought of everything, just a little tip, be sure to take your slippers during the winter because the tiled floor in the kitchen is cold however easy to clean.

The cottage was lovely, the patio/balcony was very nice despite the weather! Watching the birds. The wood burner was great with loads of wood, beds really comfortable. It’s so nice I’ve booked to go back in September for a week! Don’t be put off by the private roads potholes. It’s no problem. Such a lovely cottage ❤️

Big and comfortable king size beds, an endless supply of logs to keep warm, huge living room and big sofa, amazing views, little welcome hamper. Cottage looks small from outside but step inside and it's huge.

Personally this wasn't an issue for me but for those who haven't stayed in a traditional cottage before the kitchen is heated by the Aga there is no central heating so kitchen very cold if you don't understand the Aga but we loved it

Locatie super!! Wat een rust, en wat een mooie vergezichten. We hadden gewoon 3 etages tot onze beschikking, een compleet huis. Volledig ingericht met zelfs een wasmachine en droger. Het meest beviel ons de informatie die de gastheer ons van te voren al had verstuurd. Hierdoor konden we meteen dingen ondernemen. Er is zelfs een mountainbike route met gids gemaakt!!

Dat we weg moesten na 12 dagen, alles was TOP
