Welcoming 4 Bed Holiday Home in Eastbourne

Stayed here a few times now over the last few months and it's a great place always very clean, checks ins are made easy

The location was good. We always got a park in the street and it was a very short walk to the convenience store on the corner. It was also not far to walk to several take away places in the main street. Plenty of room at the dining table and bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of information provided about the house and local area. Good place to stay to explore Eastbourne, Brighton and the dramatic white cliffs in the area.

The bathroom was small and did not have hooks for your clothes or a toilet holder. We couldn’t get the shower in the bedroom working but after a phone call to the host, he explained how it worked. A sink next to the shower in the bedroom would have been useful but there was another toilet and sink downstairs. A washing machine would have been handy.

The house was clean, the beds were comfy and the showers were excellent. Quiet street, but still close to the seafront, the shopping centre and the railway station. The patio garden is neat, and would be lovely for breakfast when it’s warm enough.

There is no dedicated parking, but we had no problems finding a free space on Annington Rd or nearby. Given there are 8 beds at the property, I would have expected a dishwasher and a clothes washing machine. It would be useful if the coat hooks in the hall were nearer the front door, and towel rails in the kitchen and downstairs toilet would also be useful.

Warm and clean. Spacious bedrooms. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Location good for easy access to beach and town centre.

Minor point - there is not enough comfortable seats in the lounge area for the number of people this property sleeps. Fine for us as we were only a group of 3 who wanted our own bedrooms, but a larger group may find this an issue.

Great location also near to the train station which we used for a day trip to London
