"Comfortable enough for the family."

The downstairs bedroom was useful for the older guests .

The garden was a bit unkempt, the metal bistro garden chairs didn't have any cushions and were uncomfortable for us.The drain outside wasn't draining quickly and at times smelt

Plenty of room in well maintained house on quiet road within short walk of sea front. Fair price; communications efficient.

Minor points, but if you are a large group you could probably use more chairs in dining/living room and kitchen/breakfast room. Very large front bedroom could also take a chair or two for escape!

"Gave us exactly what we wanted for a short break."

Location was good in a quiet road near all amenities and attractions. Comfortable and good sized house. Parking was not a problem.

Had we been staying for a week or longer we would probably have missed having a washing machine/drier. Otherwise it had all the facilities we needed.
