Welcoming 4 Bed Holiday Home in Eastbourne

The space throughout the property was good and the kitchen area was exceptionally big. The rooms were spacious and the house was spotless.

The only downside was the living room which could have had another 2 seater to relax in.

Lovely accommodation, and Mark was a great person to communicate with, as responded quickly and helpfully.

Was surprised to find chamomile and peppermint tea, but no "normal" tea and coffee - something which has already been provided in other houses we have stayed in.

The house was perfect for me thewife and our 4 little boys. You can tell the property is really aimed towards family's. You wouldn't get it from say a regular hotel.

handy shop on corner ,great location 5 minutes from beach,house was big enough for the 6 of us ,if visiting family again as a group would not hesitate to stay here again. comms great from first booking to leaving

The house was roomy and had everything we needed for our stay. We particularly liked the board games provided and played Scrabble and cards in the evening's

The microwave needs replacing

The owners are very hands on, letting you know they may welcome you in person or via lock box if necessary. But nice to know they do care who stays at the property. The house is lovely and spacious, so it didn’t feel like anyone was stepping on toes and the beds were comfy.

Not much but if I was to say anything. Unless you hand wash, there is no washing machine and if you don’t drive the walk with washing there and back is quite time consuming but manageable. The living room could be a little cosier with a bigger sofa for all the family but the round table was great for playing games and conversations, not on the phones…finally!
