House is lovely , clean and comfortable. Ground floor bedroom and ground floor toilet were great for the older members of our family group.

Maybe another sofa in the living area ? But everything else was great.

"pleasant stay in a comfortable house"

it was well equipped with pretty much everything you needed for a stay with a family. the beds were comfortable and the soft furnishings were nice. there were also board games and children’s toys which I thought was a nice touch.

although the property is pretty central, the location isn’t great, it’s not in the nicest area of Eastbourne. parking can be a nightmare and it also seemed a bit overpriced for what we got.
