The Annexe at Gomo

The property was in such a lovely quiet area with amazing walks and beautiful scenery. The annexe was so comfortable to stay in and perfect for a week away. There were cereals, biscuits, internet and Tv channels for us so it really felt like home! It was so lovely getting to take our dogs with us to and Lorraine was always a delight to chat too

What a great find this place was. We loved everything, the accommodation was great, we felt at home as soon as we got there. Lorraine and her husband are lovely people. Lorraine had also left some goodies out for us 😊

Well-equipped, tastefully decorated and comfortable accommodation in the perfect location - plenty of walking trail options and the lakes are crystal clear. The detached annex has its own secure back garden behind the host's house. Our car was parked safely off road in the host's generous driveway. The whole area felt very safe. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the provisions of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There was also tea, French press coffee, granola and cookies and other little treats. WiFi worked well. The hosts were really kind and hospitable and they had 2 lovely dogs. The dogs are kept in their own secure garden but my son was thrilled meet them and get to pet them. Our little son loved playing in the back garden and he was delighted with all of the birds we could hear. We even saw a few bats and an owl at dusk! Short drive to King's Lynn and a big retail park with Tesco and Sainsbury's. A great base for visiting beautiful Norfolk, including the Deer Safari in Snettisham, getting the steam train between Holt and Sheringham. We stayed 4 nights but a week would have been better!

Nothing. If we had any issues, the hosts Lorraine and Wayne were on hand to sort anything.

It was just what we needed a space to work, relax and sleep. Having a garden to sit in was great as the weather was lovely. The woods and lake on the doorstep for a walk for good too. Lorraine was the perfect host meeting us on arrival and being available if needed

Absolutely perfect for what we needed and so accommodating of our dogs too.

This is really picky but we missed having a dishwasher.

Peace & Quiet Washing Machine Great (fenced) yard Warm & Cozy Perfect for me and two kids 12 & 10

A little tricky to locate, only 1 tv (in the living room), one in the master would be nice, could watch when kids asleep in loft without waking them.

We received a warm welcome and very good communication throughout, parking was fine and our little Dog felt at home. Lorraine and her husband were very welcoming and friendly, the location was peaceful and beautiful, overall it was a great stay.

The accommodation was really well set out, well equipped and the enclosed garden perfect for my dog. Lorraine was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. The location was absolutely amazing, straight into the country park.
