A wonderful week spent in this lovely Annexe. So comfortable and the owners so friendly and helpful. There is every convenience provided and more. Set in the woods, this is lovely place to feel the peace.

Very peaceful location, with walks directly from the property. A lot of attractions within half hour drive

No plug for charging the car.

This property was just perfect for our needs (2 adults, one dog), the location was beautiful and peaceful, the accommodation was spotlessly clean and a good size, with a great child/dog proof garden and very nicely furnished. Location was also great for dog walking and although very rural good links to A47 and lots of great places to visit nearby. What made this break amazing were the fabulous hosts, who were friendly and helpful, without being intrusive and the lovely welcome pack and finishing touches. This accommodation would be perfect at any time of the year. Will be returning. 😊😊😊😊

Nothing - it was perfect

We were self catering and our wonderful host Lorraine provided cereals, milk, tea, coffee, drinking chocolate and dog biscuits, plus lots of other extra’s. The location was perfect with woodland walks and lakes on the doorstep plus we had lots of additional information included re eating out and things to do. We are looking to rebook very soon.

The cleanliness was fantastic, the garden for the dogs, surrounding trees with birds singing, the hosts were great, milk, tea and coffee, biscuits, and more waiting for you, excellent. Walks for the dogs, outside table and

Not easy to find, but the host sent a text to follow. Being partially disabled you could not park the car outside the annex, but outside near the hosts property, so if you have trouble walking like I do, then that’s quite hard to do. I did have my disability scooter, which broke down to get in the conservatory, but otherwise you walked. Sofa in the living room to low for me hubby had to pull me up. Not easy for disabled, otherwise it was a beautiful annexe.
