Internal lighting could be improved

Great location for access to the north Norfolk beaches, having read previous reviews on location I Google mapped my route, I went with visual points of interest and found the property on first try (and I am usually useless at directions) however, this was during the day, I may have struggled at night as it is down a single lane road. I found it very cozy, and the property had everything we needed for the short stay. The owners were polite and as the annex was located at the bottom of their garden they were of course there if any questions came up. The garden was enclosed and very private which is ideal as I was staying with my nervous dog, she settled quickly which is a good sign. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in!

This is me just being picky and finding something to write in this section, the WiFi wasn’t great on the TV (the owners are aware, and I was told via their welcome folder the reasons for this which is understandable) As the Annex is at the bottom of the garden, you do have to walk through the owners personal garden space, I’m such an introvert that I felt awkward doing this at first, but over time I got use to it (didn’t help that my dog felt the need to bark at the owners who she saw as strangers, maybe on our next visit she’ll be more approachable…doubt it though lol) like I said, these are all things minor, and certainly didn’t affect our stay.

Lovely clean & comfortable annexe in a quiet location , with everything you need for a stay + extras ..host very accommodating, with woodland walks on the doorstep , lakes ...shops and seaside short drive away ..

Because of location of the house could be quite hard to find as signage could be missed but wasnt a problem ,but host will direct you if needed

Annexe Gomo is set in a peaceful location next to a Lakeside walk which was ideal for walking our dog in the morning/evening. It also has a private fully enclosed garden with garden furniture. Communication/directions were easy and providing all provisions was such a lovely touch and Lorraine & Wayne were wonderful hosts. Thank you.

Lovely property, very quiet and relaxing, just what we needed. Great hosts who kept in touch before and during stay to ensure everything was as it should be.

Lovely hosts, great location especially for walking the dogs, spotless accomodation with everything you possibly want to make it a home away from home. Would highly recommend 👌
