Kitchen, front room

The sloping bedroom, dirty windows which l cleaned to best of ability, the rusty balcony with rubbish on, the water pressure in shower, the situation of the cottage. The front door opens straight onto the road, Many cars, vans and lorries passed by speeding down the lane that was marginally wider than a white transit van, many had scraped along the cottage wall which is not a pleasant sound or feeling, also a busy car park is adjoining the cottage to the left of it and all around the back.

The location was brilliant,the cottage was very well equipped had a lovely kitchen

The single beds were very uncomfortable, and the property was dirty the sides in the living room were bad the for was covered in dust big clumps of dust/ hair over the floors even the hand rail up the stairs were dirty we bought some cleaning materials and cleaned up but it didn’t spoil our holiday

The Cottage is well appointed,and in a good location. There was ,as usual a local person on hand to sort out any problems.

It could do with a bit of TLC here and thereabout no major complaints.

Location was good

Bedding was old and warn. 1st aid kit that was needed was all out of date so we couldn't use it. Bathroom cold tap is unusable.

The location was great ,only a few minutes away from the harbour and shops

On our arrival we found out that the bedding in the second room was not changed .the bedding was dirty and stained and I have the photographs so we could not sleep in the bed .The caretaker sent someone next day to put clean bedding but it was not acceptable to find stained bedding and not being able to sleep that night 2-the fridge had a big block of ice melting and there was water on the kitchen floor so we had to get the ice out and clean the kitchen floor .3-There was no toilet paper at all so after a long journey from London we had to go to a local shop to buy toilet paper and luckily the shop was open .4-the mattresses in all beds are very very old and really need to change

(Visited December 2023).Very spacious for a cottage, main rooms were actually larger than expected. Well equipped with a washer dryer, dishwasher and built in oven. The cottage is nice, warm and comfortable, and the double bed was comfortable. Didn't use the extra bedroom which has two single beds.

Excellent location to see Mevagissey. Lovely kitchen.

Bathroom needs updating.

Great location and spaciousness of property

Heating was very hot overnight - we weren't sure how to operate the system other than turn heaters off
