The location was perfect very quiet area and short walk into the town centre. The house was lovely and warm with everything in you could need for a comfortable stay. We caught the train and the house is a short walk away. There was parking, access to the property was easy. Great views from the top bedroom window over the city.

Nothing suited us [6 ladies] down to the ground. If anyone wearing heels [stilettos] be careful on the path there is a grille which you can easily get your heel caught in.

"A lovely characterful property, bright and spacious in a good location for Lancaster."

Clean, spacious, nicely decorated with colourful furniture and well equipped. Great value. Good location, quiet and peaceful but very close to the city amenities.

Stairs up to the top bedroom are steep and narrow. Not a problem for us but something to be aware of!

The house was very spacious, comfortable, very clean, in a very quiet area, close to the train station and to the city centre. Superb bedrooms with comfy beds. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation.

Some details to improve: hooks and shelves in the bathroom needed, there were no tea towels nor sponges/scrubbers in the kitachen. One bathroom handle hard to operate from the inside.
