Good location just outside montalcino. Big room with excellent utilities. Good kitchen and also had a washing machine. Could easily live in the room.

"Beautiful getaway to the lovely countryside!"

It’s super beautiful and very romantic house with its own kitchen. You have look out to the vineyards, picture perfect. The family, Costanti, is very well respected for their Brunello wine… Emilio was also a great and kind host. Even provided a lovely bottle of wine… service to its max.

As montalcino is quite quiet at night, the tv is not set up for Netflix and only has Italian channels.

"Excellent location, property and host. Slightly let down access to bedroom"

Beautiful location on the vineyard and within 20 minutes climb to Montalcino. Great location. Host Emilio was very helpful and left us a complimentary bottle of his wine.

Bedroom on a mezzanine had very low ceiling as 6ft. Tall could not stand up and very dangerous getting up in the night!! Also no lighting to read at night.

"I want to come back again, but next time during spring, then in summer and finally for harvest"

We were met by Emilio Costanti and shown around our one bed house. To say we were immediately amazed with the beauty of the scenery and the friendly welcome is an understatement. The main house is used for events (i want my 50th to be held here!) and we stayed opposite it in an old lodge. At the back the balcony overlooks the hills behind and the vines growing. It is picture postcard Tuscany and Montalcino. The wine tour and cellars are extremely impressive but during the cellar tour seeing the old wines stacked in the cellar brought me to a standstill to see all the history in that room Emanualla who took us on the tour of the cellar has knowledge of wine and the Costanti family Vineyard that is so impressive and her passion shines through. This is genuinely the best few days my wife and I have had since before Covid and we would like to thank the whole family and everyone at the vineyard for making us feel part of the family.

Everything was perfect. I don't know how you could improve on perfection
