Signature Lodge 3 @ Pinnacle Point Golf Estate

The proprety has mold issues, we booked a 4 bedroom house but 3 bedrooms couldnt be used.

Overall, a pleasant stay in a beautiful and comfortable home.

I would recommend the bath towels be replaced - they were quire worn out. The kitchen cloth was also dirty.

Location and setting were great

I felt it needed a bit of upgrading as there were a lot of cracked tiles in the bathrooms. It would have been nice to have a bit of soap in the bathrooms. The kitchen lacked the necessities like salt and pepper and maybe tea and coffee making ingredients as a welcome pack, very bare!!!

The house had 4 bedrooms, all en-suite which was great. The house had all the home comforts and the bathroom had plenty of towels. The view of the fynbos and the ocean was impressive.

The small touches such as some coffee/tea, dish cloths and bathroom hand soap were missing.

Great location and lovely view. We were 4 ladies on a golf trip, so the house was ideal for each to have her own bedroom en-suite. The house was comfortable, clean and spacious.

Overall, the home is a beautiful home, and it is clear that money was initially invested in the fittings and furnishings. It has beautiful views. The gym is well appointed with friendly staff.

Unfortunately, standards have not been kept up throughout the last while. The property is in need of a thorough cleaning, a little more capital investments (replace toaster, clock, dry-clean curtains etc) and proper upkeep. Clean linen and towels should always be checked before a guest arrives. TV's in every room, its a pity only half of them had reception. The property is ill-equipped to provide light during loadshedding. Unsafe (rotting) balustrade on patio. Sewer line overflowing into garden.

The fact that a family of 8 members could stay so comfortable.

Parking space was just a little to small.
