General setting and maintenance of the estate inclding the golf course is good, Property would be good if maintained better.

Many of the lights in the living area didn't work so overall lighting was poor.

The house is spacious and the rooms are very private.

You kneed a gholfcart for easy acess to some areas in the estate and unfortunately al carts were rented out when we wanted to rent one.
