Property keys were easily located, but the alarm system took a bit more to master as we weren't familiar with it. The home is very comfortable with good amenities. It is good value for money for family groups.

The location was further away than we thought, not in walking distance to the city centre we used cabs and Uber. Host could provide some public transport info to assist those who are not familiar with the area.

i like that the cupboard has some essentials in it and it was very comforting it felt like home

Great sized property that had everything we needed. It also has a great location close to supermarkets, bus route to the city centre, Penny Lane/ Allerton Road and the airport. It’s also walking distance from the bars and restaurants of Smithdown Road. If you’re looking for a good takeaway, Anna’s chippy at the end of Talton Rd is a must try, I recommend the special curry. We are a family of 3 with a young child so loved having a kitchen equipped with everything we needed to feed him including child sized cutlery and plates which was a nice touch. The property is big with 3 good sized bedrooms, TVs and storage in all of them. Good sized bathroom too. Tonia was available anytime I had a question and replied really fast. We really loved this property and will definitely look for it when we return to the city.
