Talton House

This property is in an absolutely unsafe part of Liverpool. The whole street looks dangerous and run down. There are suspicious looking men hanging around on the street and the moment an unknown car pulls in blinds twitch and people peek out of their windows. The street is littered with rubbish like trash has not been collected for a month. While the house is decent on the inside it’s definitely not located in an area where one would want to stay when on holiday. And the owners don’t inform their renters of this fact; they ask for additional security and verification of your identity but do not disclose that their house is located so poorly. We were forced to cancel our booking after arriving at the property at 7:00 pm! We struggled to find alternate accommodation in Liverpool for the night. And after making our complaint very clear they still charged us for more than one night. We entered and vacated the house in under 30 minutes because we were terrified by the surroundings. Most ungracious hosts who probably enjoy making money by fleecing unsuspecting renters. Please DO NOT rent this property. It must be blacklisted and removed from all booking sites.

Clean and well equipped house. Very easy to make arrangements.
